    100% Right!

Crawford knows what he’s talking about. They’d never let him live it down. Spence is more than likely 100%, he knows his body, his sparring partners have probably told him he isn’t missing a beat, his coach has probably echoed the same things, his wife more than likely has let it be known he’s still “the man”..lol....But most of those fickle fans? They can’t see past themselves....

I'm a huge fan of Bud as a boxer but after he made those ignorant comments about COVID-19, it would appear he's not that bright outside the ring. He may be right about fighting Spence next but his prime time is a wastin' and with this virus, who knows when Bud v Truth will ever happen. Bud could very well be 34 or 35! That wouldn't be good for anyone. They need to fight by early to mid 2021 before Bud is past his prime.

At this point , Bud should go ahead with the fight
I get what he’s saying but it don’t seem like he’ll get any respect for his win no matter what
So at this point might as well go through with it
Damned if he don’t , damned if he do

A few on here have stated that there's a good chance Spence may not be the same for a while, if again when he's back and Crawford seems to agree.

I see his sentiments, he will always have that hanging over his head from certain sectors of media, pundits and fans. Saying that, it is only IF he beats him.

Spence may come back fresher than ever, however I think a lower key fight to see where he's at is the sensible option for me.....

Use him as a stepping stone, who gives a ***. The condition another fighter is in is nobodies business. He’s got two belts and is a top rated fighter. Let the fans downplay the win, focus on unifying, then try your hand at 154. Call it a career.

Although (without having read the article) Crawford might be talking about the possibility of hurting Spence permanently, which is what he has brought up before.

I was thinking the same thing. He'd get more credit beating Spence next than he would beating Brook next.

He is right. Hopefully he gets the Pac fight later this year or decides to fight Porter.

Vergil Ortiz Jr. would be a nice fight, but yet another lose-lose situation, because he's "green." WBO # 6 Custio Clayton, and WBO # 13 Jaron "Boots" Ennis would probably be better than Brook trying to make 147, but no one knows them. I really wish Bud (and Bob) would re-consider Shawn Porter! I still think that's the best (for them both) option!

Me too Porter is the best likely candidate to prove Buds worth besides a Spence fight and if Bud can manage to make beating Porter easier than Spence it stages the showdown in a HUGE fashion. I dont see it though Porter is a live dog and tough fight and Arum knows it

This is my thoughts exactly. Even if he fights Spence in 2 years and wins the wreck is a built in excuse
