I think so too. I think it was always part of the deal: face GGG, give us a good scouting report and eventually, you will get the big payday.
The problem is he is inconsistent, which alters his value... and can derail plans... like it almost did against Bursak.

Maybe a bit of ring rust , but clearly even if it was an off night , he’s way to small
Even his power looked diminished
