It's been long decided that Naoya Inoue's highly anticipated Las Vegas debut was no longer taking place this weekend. As time marches on, the likelihood of it being rescheduled any time soon continues to decrease. The unbeaten pound-for-pound entrant from Yokohama, Japan was due to face Philippines' John Riel Casimero in a clash of three-division and reigning bantamweight titlists. Their multi-belt bantamweight title unification bout was to have aired live on ESPN this Saturday from Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, but was postponed in the wake of the ongoing coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
