From what he went through to then being world champ by 20, nothing surprises me regarding Tyson's mental state during and after boxing.. it must have been daunting coupled with scum King in your shadow preying on you...

For me he was a monster in the ring and I don't think anyone in any era would have stood up to his early years (although I respect others that think otherwise).

shame it took its toll and he fell to pieces...

Read: Tyson has not enough money.

Will he go to WWE? Yep, Tyson Fury vs Mike Tyson on WWE Arena.

Sent me premium escort as gratitude for the idea, whatever promoter reads this.

Don King was the worst! However (and Mike would disagree) Cus took him from the Juvenile system and raised him to be a fighter! It's like going to the animal shelter and finding this beautiful yet abused pit bull, taking him home, showing him love, feeding him, grooming him, and then training it to fight! Some might say, if you loved the dog, you wouldn't be putting it in dogfights. Then his trainer dies, while he's young, and then Don King steps in! Tragic! Mike is so brutally honest, and introspective, and I appreciate him for that! still a champ in my eyes!

You can hate Mike back then, but you gotta love Mike now. Dude is an inspiration for his self-realizations. Weed and DMT help to iron out those folds as well.

Teddy Atlas trained Tyson from when he was 12 and has some interesting things to say about Mike. Teddy says Tyson had the rare combination of quickness, speed and power. Also, that he had KO power with either hand. Although he wasn't tall (5'10) Mike used his height to advantage by getting inside and under bigger fighters.
Atlas says when Mike was a teenager, they would have to pay to get guys to spar with him because Mike hit so hard. About that time, though, Tyson developed the habit of "silent agreement". This was when Tyson couldn't knock a fighter out and both guys just held on taking a break for rest and recovery.
Atlas said this habit hurt Tyson when he fought a "real pro" like Holyfield, who took Mike's best shots and kept coming.
Teddy says as talented as Tyson was physically , he was "weak and flawed" mentally.
Atlas is an opinionated guy and he has personal issues with Tyson, so you have to take what he says with that in mind. Still, some of his insights are interesting.

I know its taboo to put anyone above Ali and people get all butt hurt when someone ranks a fighter above Ali. Both fighters i their prime had speed, agility, resilience but Tyson had power. Ali had such unbelievable movement though, no one could touch him.

AJ picks Tyson over Ali. I don't think either answer is wrong. I most definitely believe if holyfield and lewis fought a prime tyson they would have been knocked out.

Who you got bewteen Tyson abd Ali and why?
This debate was just recently solved - once and for all and with no doubt. Tyson UD Ali. Can't argue with computer science (video games).

Yeah, I like this video. Cus D'Amato talks about the power of fear.
