Emanuel Navarrete is the world's busiest world champion, a 25-year-old pressure fighter who is proud to represent his Mexican heritage at the sport's highest level. From May 2019 to February 2020, when he knocked out Jeo Santisima on the Deontay Wilder-Tyson Fury II card, he defended his world title five times.

Probably one of the fun fights to watch. Wonder if inoue can get this guy to back down. Dude seems too sturdy.

Inoue is not interested. What a surprise.

Emanuel Navarrete went on to explain Naoya Inoue's reason to stay at 118. John Riel Casimero is a proper fight, the thrilling showdown contains historic significance in terms of lineage and a unification of the WBA-WBO-IBF titles.

The 'Cowboy' Navarrete is frustrated that his countryman and WBC champion Rey Vargas keeps ducking, and that the lineal 122 champ Guillermo Rigondeaux has moved down to search for the fighter that everyone in lower weights is talking about the 'Monster' Naoya Inoue.

You cant blame Inoue, everyone is coming to him. I wish Emanuel good luck at featherweight.

Inoue jumped 2 weight divisions to get to 118 only recently, not a bad call to stay at 118 and try unify before going up again, vs Navarette or anyone else.

In the meantime, Casimero is no joke and while I expect Inoue to get past him, its likely to be bombs away early and wouldn't be at all surprised if Casimero catches him with something early - Inoue leaves himself open at times snd Casimero can **** hard too.

I swear if Navarrete was American he would have a street named after him right now. He would be the hottest boxer in the sport. But he is Mexican so he will go on to conquer the world but not stardom.

So Navarrete wants to fight a 118 guy then jump up to 126 the moment he hears Pantera Nery's moving up to 122 pounds? Smh, I guess so.

That was my first thought too. He's saying he's having trouble making 122, so he wants to fight someone at 118 before moving up. WTF?

We lost out on Nery vs Inoue. There's no reason taht Navarrete can't fight Nery though.

Drug cheat and can't make weight Nery.
