Will Usyk have a career like Chris Byrd at heavyweight?

Byrd was a smaller guy with good skills who had a decent run at heavyweight and earned some good money.

Even handed Vitali Klitschko an L.

Will Usyk be able to have the same amount of success? Or will he have more? Or maybe less?

The third poll option should read: "Usyk will be less successful than Chris Byrd."

    Sorry.

      - -U Boner's dummer shoulder roll cousin?

Usyk already with a better heavy record than Field and Big Dummy.

Byrd was tough as nails. He had a big heart and a very solid chin. Has Usyk ever faced adversity?? He's always in the driving seat dictating the fights. I Want to see how he reacts when getting clipped by a big punch in the HW divison. How does he handle being hurt, dropped, tough physical fights against bigger men.

Byrd held the IBF title and beat Vitali Klitschko, Evander Holyfield and David Tua.

Usyk needs to become undisputed to top that.

It will be difficult for Usyk because he has giants to deal with who can box , barring a freak injury like Vitali suffered in the Byrd fight I see Fury and AJ as huge obstacles to overcome and a possibility he gets caught clean like Ike did to Byrd in other fights outside the top guys . Byrd had the Klitschko brothers , Usyk has Fury and AJ as his roadblock. Usyk is better then Byrd but by how much and is it enough ? I’m going with no but he’s a top guy .

How do do you figure? Usyk's only win at heavyweight so far is Chazz Witherspoon.

Usyk needs to wait Fury to retire and Joshua to vacate some belts. That is his only way to become a champ. End even if that takes place, he still needs to beat somebody like Parker, Wilder, Whyte for the belt, and that won`t be easy.

Great record. Better than Fury`s or Joshua`s.
