Compare the first fight to the 2nd fight. I was saying out loud to the people I was with, “somethings wrong with him.”

I’m not saying he’s a great boxer, far from it, but he has athleticism and I would argue is the most athletic heavyweight right now. His natural athleticism and punching power has made up for his lack of boxing skill.

But we’ve seen him hurt before. We’ve seen him comeback from being hurt. He never recovered from being hurt in this match. And Fury isn’t a world beater he’s not a KO artist.

Take nothing away from Fury he did what he said he was going to do and he did what he wanted to do. He brought it to Wilder and won. And Wilders is a dumbass for wearing an unnecessary heavy costume during a ring walk. Especially not knowing how heavy it was before the ring walk.

But watch the fight. You can see he wasn’t all there. To be completely gassed by the 2nd rd, a puncher with no punching power at all, no.

He didn’t look like he always looks.
He looked exactly the same. Look at the first 3 rounds before the KD, and look at the first three rounds against Ortiz, Washington, Szpilka, Molina or any of those guys.

    Zero difference.

Of course, Fury made him look like a zombie after battering him.

Now she was very impressed on the this fight that Fury moved so well, but I mentioned to her when we watched the fight I though he was wasting a lot of energy. And I think that would be shown to be true, as I only gave Fury the 10th rounds, and actually had the fight a draw.
I do think in that fight the knockdown may have made Fury more wary, and I think that the knockdown that Wilder suffered also had an impact on him, and even the time he went down in the same round, it should not have been a slip but a knockdown. Also in 4th or 5th, wilder was hit and the ropes seemed to save him, but I think that should have been ruled one as well.
he mentions being in retreat mode, I just don't think he really expected Fury, who had promised this, that he would be going after him, plus the weight that Fury put on him was a huge factor. It was 273, not 40 pounds that hurt Wilder. Plus he had actually put on more weight from there first fight tan Fury did. ten pounds might have been better. However, I think Fury just has his number.
ah, well since your former girlfriend who you're still friendly with said something was wrong with Wilder...

Part of boxing is making sure you’re ready to fight and peaking at the right time.

That's the point. Do we really think every boxer is 100% going into a fight all the time? Anything can happen during training camp. Muscle strain, injury, flu, food poisoning, get caught during sparring and get a concussion, and ect. The difference is we never hear the complications when a fighter wins only when they lose.

I think he believes his own BS which is a problem for him. Will stop him figuring out what really happened.

Wilder picked up boxing at the age of 20. He started boxing in 2005 and won Olympic bronze in 2008. That doesn't happen unless you have some form of athleticism bud. Think before you speak. You can sh#t on Wilder’s boxing skill cuz he’s nowhere near a complete boxer that much is clear, but don’t say he has no athleticism you’re making yourself look dumb.

He had an amateur record of something like 30-5 before turning professional. I personally know guys who had more amateur boxing experience than Wilder had. Actually, a lot more.

You don’t just pick up boxing and in 3 short years win a fu#king Olympic metal without some form of athleticism. Most of the top guys in the sport were boxing since they were little kids. 8 or 9 yrs old. Had hundreds upon hundreds of amateur bouts. Wilder had nowhere close to 100, was inexperienced, started super late in the sport, and he won an Olympic metal that most of those guys couldn’t win. But yeah. Wilders not athletic. Sure.

No he didn’t look the same as you claimed. I can already see in the 2nd rd he looked labored and tired. Dude, I wouldn’t have said out loud to the group I was with, “he doesn’t look right” if I didn’t notice something lol. Maybe you just weren’t as observant as I was.

We’ve seen Wilder outboxed before, we’ve seen him hurt before. That isn’t new. He’s been on the brink of getting KOed in later rds and he’s shown the ability to recover and have enough left in the tank tank to pull a KO out of his ass. He didn’t show that this time around.

To be completely out of gas by rd 2 or 3, no I haven’t seen that and you haven’t either. Maybe he trained for a more cautious Fury and it threw him off, maybe he had a bad camp, and if so, it’s on Wilder and it’s his fault for not being prepared.

Athleticism lmao. Have you seen his footwork, his wild uncoordinated swings? He is utter garbage and has no wins against anybody of note, literally.
On top of that he is a liar, a coward and wants to kill someone in the ring. He admits Joshua been begging to make the fight, but won't fight AJ. He blamed his loss on his costume lol. Locked a trainer out of the dressing room. He's a pos.
Like WTF, there is literally nothing to like about this race baiting hype job, in or out of the ring. POS

Wilder could not stand his own weight that night. And Fury was outstanding.
