It's obvious he's had mental problems he's said some suspect stuff and did suspect stuff. Like he's got 2 personalities. Now he appears more normal ,calmer, mature.
It's clear he weren't right in head, why people so su****ious?. Maybe he didn't talk about it much before is because most people with mental problems don't like to talk about it.
But now he's an ambassador he is expected to talk

I tend to think if it's anything boxing related that triggered him it's the fact that he became "king of the world" with that Wlad W & he still woke up feeling like he woke up before. Feeling like he was feeling before. I suspect he felt like when he won the belt the world would be different or his problems would be gone. Generally your problems just get different when your world changes or gets leveled up like his did after that fight. I think that is what did it if it's anything boxing related. Could just be real life sh^t & not even be about boxing specifically & boxing sh^t was just a minor factor in it all who knows.

Nice insight, man. I think that kinda ish hits a lot of folk about a lot of things, they set their sights on stuff and imagine that achieving it's gonna change their world... except it generally doesn't, least not for long.

Smart money says Fury has some kinda latency or predisposition to depression, but then I'd make a case that probably everyone does it's more about how close it is to the surface and their resilence. We all get down, but part of depression is whether you got the capacity to bouce back quickly or not.

Fury gets persecuted by media because he KNOWS the truth.... IE about elitists and has been vocal about it.

Well said. I think it's common to find a lack of satisfaction after accomplishment.

That's one of the things I love about him as a boxing fan. Hes unpredictable despite being predictable about being unpredictable. He speaks his mind period.

He can't be making it up, at least not to avoid rematches or steroid bans like these idiots claim.

I'll repeat my point for people who cba reading the entire thread.

Here is an article given to the Guardian newspaper in 2011 with Fury talking about his demons and wanting to end his life.

2011, that's a long time before any PED tests or rematch clauses.

Ive read the article but nothing changes the fact that Fury was diagnosed with bipolar and obsessive-compulsive disorder in 2016.

Indeed, however he was suffering from mental health issues long before then, as evidenced by the article.

There was no reason for him to lie about it.
