This is not what's best for society. This shutdown has done nothing but cause massive, long-term damage to the world economy and culture. It has not stopped the spread of this cold virus AT ALL. It has not saved any lives. It has created a world-wide panic that elevated what should have been a non-event to the biggest event of the current century. I'm amazed that so many people still do not see this for what it is. Looking back in a year or so, I sincerely hope a majority of folks recognize that these WHO/CDC folks were just making it all up as they went.

Great story with the right sequence on how these events unfolded and transpire, thank goodness they stop Endeavor and Dana White craziness. We have to do our part to help, to not propagate this Corona Virus.

Somebody has to lead us out of this crisis, and fortunately for all concerned, it's Dana White once again proudly jumping into the fray. Sure, in the short term Dana will be vivified for daring to emerge from the quarantine; however, once America's economy has been resurrected, the vast majority will regret that there simply isn't any room left for Dana on Mount Rushmore, but they will take great satisfaction in having Dana's bust ensconced in the Capitol Rotunda.

I was just going to say that anything written by Thomas Hauser has to be taken with a grain of salt. This guy doesn’t write to simply inform the public. He writes to shape public opinion with his own personal biases. He along with guys like Doug Fischer and Steve Kim have been shamelessly biased and even racist in the way that they pose their opinions when they write their slanted articles. Fischer went as far as to name black boxing fans of Floyd Mayweather Jr. “The Demographic “. Thomas Hauser has been trying to get Floyd Mayweather and Al Haymon indicted and jailed for cooked up charges of impropriety in the boxing business that eventually led to nothing but he himself looking like an obsessed zealot. If anything he has said in this article rings true just remember that even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I agree with you. The most important to me is the support sanity, because in my country there are horrendous domestic violence increase in these weeks and is getting worse. But I still worried about the vulnerable ones in this Pandemic.
