Sparring is not a real fight, size ring, gloves. The fight goes 12 rounds and Jacobs and Chavez Jr. were comfortable above 168 in that fight

Pathetic excuse of a fighter. Was gifted the opportunities and had doors opened for him most (even elite) boxers could only dream of and wasted the lot.

Was glad to see Martinez put right the situation the WBC got so wrong. Take away the usual massive size difference he enjoyed over his rivals and he was extremely average, even in his prime. The fact that he's made millions is a tribute to his old man.

How much is Hearn willing to pay to see you quit faster than Kell Brook?

JCC2 isn’t as terrible a fighter as many here are making out but it’s not hard to call the outcome of this fight. A 3rd Canelo fight will probably make it more competitive

Or he'll get a bloody nose and quit. Chavez Jr. deserves no big fight or payday. Does he even have any fans left?

The perfect for him is either Amir Khan or Kell Brok

And he still enjoyed that size difference against Sergio. I don't think Chavez has ever fought someone his same size.

Here's the protocol: Bring Russian over at the end of his prime. Feed him some tomatoes. Stall, then rip him off in decisions against prime Vegas-fueling star. More stalling, and let Vegas boy knock him out

That's the crazy thing - JCC Jr is only 34. G is 38. They should have fought ~5 years ago.
