Comments Thread For: Jean Pascal Staying Busy, Says The Beast is Back

In 2019, Jean Pascal was able to get his career back on track and finds himself back in the mix. Pascal (35-6-1, 20 KOs) turned back the odds when he won technical decision over undefeated Marcus Browne to capture the WBA interim-title. He was later made the "regular" champion, and then won a dramatic split decision victory over former belttholder Badou Jack.

This guy is gonna be the next Mederick Taylor if he don't quit it.
He's taken substantial abuse throughout his career.

Nothing but respect for Pascal. Willing to fight anyone and most importantly never gives up trying no matter how hopeless the situation is. Not many fighters today can say that.

              He’s shot. Kovalev ruined him.

What a warrior and inspiration. I saw the Kovalev fights I thought he was done but to come back win a world title then defend it successfully against Jack, wow just wow. Anyone that doesn't appreciate Pascal is out of their minds.

Yeah man the fact that he was willing to fight Kovalev again after being beat up just show's the type of fighter he is, that was a Kovalev in his prime and Pascal gave him more trouble in their first fight than most had given him up until that point. He beat a prime Dawson also and went toe to toe with Carl Froch in his prime. He is not an all-time great by any means never had the most technical style but I think I'd say he's the best Haitian boxer at least of this generation. He also fought Diaconu with a dislocated shoulder if I remember correctly and still won lol.
