Ive already explained why you can’t equate comments with systematic discrimination unless the comments perpetuate systematic discrimination. Haneys comments don’t perpetuate and kind of systematic discrimination against whites.

Y’all always want to play this “well if the shoe was on the other foot.......” game when we arent wearing the same shoes. We don’t even wear the same size shoes. These “if a white person had said that......” games never work because whites and blacks aren’t playing on an equal playing field.

For instance, racist whites love throwing around IQ scores and bragging on the general differences, but what they don’t tell you is that they deliberately sabotage blacks in education to ensure that IQ scores are generally lower. Blacks aren’t sabotaging whites in boxing or any other area of activity. That’s why it’s not the same. If white boys in boxing don’t like what Haney said then they’re on an equal playing field and have a fair shot to get in the ring and prove that they’re not his inferior.

People are simply condemning his racist comments the same way they would/should comdemn anyone elses racist comments regardless of the race of the person making those comments.

Systemic racial discrimination starts with racist beliefs which can be expressed and spread through racist comments. It's all part of the same problem. I read alot of the transcript of what Radio Rahim said and I think it's pretty much spot-on. Haney wants big fights, he wants the stardom and the big paydays that they bring. He seems like an intelligent guy and he's obviously talented but his style doesn't always translate to excitement of buzz.

I doubt his comments were pre-planned but he's getting his name out there and it's like showbusiness, the only bad press is no press. He's the bad guy now, he keeps winning it's not a problem. If he ever does lose to a white fighter he will hear his words come back at him.
