What’s sad is there is racism even in ones own race. I’ve seen MexiCANS call pretty boy and lite shade MexiCANS white boy and not in a good way.... Because they think they’re soft and weak. And blacks??? Holy sht don’t be Black and weak in prison. The other blacks jump on them like white on rice

Now, how does THAT sound? "He a RACIST!!!!!!"
Haney probably doesn't think he's a racist. He'll sign an autograph for a white fan, right? He might hire whites like Ali hired Dundee and Pacheco.
It was still a ******, bigoted thing to say and goes too far. (Same as Ali calling Frazier a gorilla...you can do it to your own race). Boxing is often promoted by racism (ooh, Puerto Rican vs Mexican! Sure box office!) but it's important to have some self control.

If i say a white dude could never satisfy my btch like a ngga. Im a racist? Or did i just say something that might offend some white people? Dudes on here say offensive things towards blacks all the time. But i don't automatically call them racist.
If u get into a fight today, first in your entire life.... Does that make you a fighter? Everything aint black and white without no grey area. Gtfoh

There’s no system in place in any western country that gives blacks an advantage over whites or other non blacks. That’s why these ****** a$$ “well if a white boy had said that he would get crucified” false equivalences don’t work. If a white boxer said this everyone would just laugh because we see white fighters get beat by black fighters regularly.
Switch the sport to one in which white dominate though. If a white golfer, hockey player, or NASCAR driver had said “he’d never lose to a black person” then that would point to the systematic exclusion of blacks in those sports. Whites aren’t excluded from boxing in any way. The playing field in boxing is even as far opportunities for different races.
There’s absolutely nothing racist about what Haney said and to try and equate that with the systematic discrimination/oppression that black people are subjected to(racism) is to perpetuate anti-black racism.
Racism is wrong, period. Whether it comes from whites or blacks. You either want a fair world for everybody or you don't.
