He knew he was done. So that could be interpreted as “Quitting” and the fact that he didn’t protest like Wilder did. I mean Wilder threw a final left hook just to prove he isn’t quitting in the corner that he ran in to. Fact is he lost. I don't think he "quit" out of fear or anything

I do think he was GASSED to the point his body just wasn't responding and he accepted he wasn't going to get it done that night
