Pacman easily. That's not even a question.

Floyd was the biggest pac.tard back then. Cheering for Pacquiao in the Morales fight.

Pac s got better career and legacy. Cotto said Pac would have beat floyd in prime, dlh said it also, jmm said Pac be st of era etc.
If it's any consolation to floyd, he's probably the greatest unbeaten fighter. Above marciano, ottke, Calzaghe etc
Cotto went on to become lineal champ at 160

Jesus Chavez went on to be a 2 division champ

Castillo-went on to win another title

Judah went on to win another title

        Manny-still champ

        Canelo-p4p #1

        Jmm-ko'd manny

Corrales won more title in 2 divisions

so i mist be missing your point

lol. This is not even a debate. pacs career before ww was so much better comoared to floyd even at welterweight pac had fought much better opponent and destroyed them while floyd could only manage to edge it with points..

Pacquiao. He was the lineal champ at 4 weight classes before that and was a 6 division champ and had wins over prime all time greats.

Cotton was at end of career suffered career beatings that people didn't think h ed be same ever again. Sergio bad knees

Castillo-went on to win another title.
Castillo lost to any decent fighter after floyd, be it Hatton or Al fonso gomez

Judah went on to win another title.
Judah came and went. What great fighter did Judah beat that elevates floyd? Famous for losing to people Pac beat like clottey and cotto.

                Manny-still champ
Bad shoulder, IV. No rematch. Big asterix

                Canelo-p4p #1
Green, drained. No rematch. Huge asterix

                Jmm-ko'd manny
Bloated. Pac s used goods. Didn't give jmm 2, let alone 4 time to avenge loss

Corrales won more title in 2 divisions.
Came and went was at end of career and losing was habit after floyd. Losing to clottey

so i mist be missing your point
No. I think you get my point. Anyone Floyd beat never stayed in top 10 pfp long after Floyd beat them. if Floyd has ever fought a top 10 pfp fighter, they dropped out of top 10 rapidly after Floyd beat them. Either because Floyd beat them at end of career or they weren't deserving of being too 10 rated in first place ie guerrero

Apart from pac, and jmm. And he never rematched them be it nelo, Pac when people thought they'd do much better in a rematch.

Floyd is ranked higher on every credible list of ATG fighters done by historians and boxing media and owns a head to head win over Manny.
