What Garcia has been saying is borderline crazy - however, Teofima has been saying he's gonna dominate and KO Lomachenko...that's what I was referring to. I love the kid, and have nothing bad to say about him. I just think it's quite a mouthful when it comes to the Ukranian. Either way, we'll soon get an answer.Comment

Personally I dislike both fighters attitude. One talks too much although he has been backing it up and the other is more interested in the fame and fortune. Garcia probably has 4 more years as a boxer until he retires and tries to make it big on instagram before he realizes that he needs boxing more than boxing needs him.Comment

I would expect any and all fighters to talk that way though, wouldn't you? Either way, we will get those questions answered on how good the kid is. I do expect Loma to beat him, but will it be a domination and stoppage or will the kid make a great effort/give a great fight and make it to 12? The latter to me says he has tons to give boxing. The former, well we've seem what Loma can do.What Garcia has been saying is borderline crazy - however, Teofima has been saying he's gonna dominate and KO Lomachenko...that's what I was referring to. I still say Davis stays away from Loma. And if Loma washes Teo, Haney and Garcia stay away as well, imoComment

I see what you're saying. I think the difference at this point is that, as you stated, one of them has been backing up his talk while the other does just that, talk! Ironic that they're only a year apart...lopez 22, garcia 21Personally I dislike both fighters attitude. That's for sure...I believe in what I see with Loma, Teo on the other hand, has too many question marks for me to favor him in this fight. The utter explosiveness is there, but once that fight hits the second half, experience at the highest levels comes into play, and Teo is thin in that department. Personally, I don't think Loma got old overnight, nor do I think 135 is to big for him. I think after the washing of Rigo and Axeman, he just fought to the level of his opposition. I'm pulling for him in this one, but I'm fully prepared to give Lopez his due if he pulls it off.I would expect any and all fighters to talk that way though, wouldn't you? Beating Commey really has Lopez on a pedestal.
Wasn’t he thinking of retiring from the sport after his poor performance before Commey?
He has low and high mood swings. The guy will not be able to take a loss very well. I think he hypes himself up so much, he really thinks he is the best, which is nothing wrong with having that mentality in this sport but also you should have an equally strong mentality when you lose or are losing a fight.
I can’t wait to see how he will react when he is largely ineffective vs Lomachenko. Will he get frustrated and start following Loma around the ring and then eventually say No Mas? Or will he be smart and try to cut off the ring? Who knows with this guy. I think he is a hit or miss type of fighter.Comment
