Not that I expect to change any minds on here but Americans don't have a credible Elite HW out there at the moment. Boxing is just like any other sport; its fans are either fickle or loyal. Who the F--- knows what the boxing world will be like in 10 years.
What else do you expect when fans, who have been on the Wilder hype bandwagon for so long, see their man get destroyed? They aren't ever going to admit that Fury walked all over their man, they are going to deflect it at another credible fighter - when Joshua got beat, I was gutted he lost.
People don't see the woods, through the trees. Fury is the flavour of the month, Joshua was too. Americans will bounce back onto another bandwagon.
