It’s even worse for your face...

Or your ego if you lose to some MMA bum.

Tyler Goodjohn is a 13-5 English-level journeyman boxer, but he's an undefeated world champion in bare knuckle (the British promotion BKB).

Uly Diaz is a 12-1 journeyman boxer who won his BKFC debut

You mentioned Dat, who had a wide decision win in his debut fighting with the flu and a savage KO in his second fight.

The Coronavirus has delayed the bare knuckle debuts of bronze medalist Nico Hernandez and former 2X heavyweight champ Shannon Briggs, but I'd pick either one of them to stop anybody in their respective BKFC weight classes right now.

It would be more accurate to say that Paulie is the only (notable) pro boxer to lose in bare knuckle.
Yeah I agree with most of what you said but Paulie won that fight lol just got jobbed to the promotional favorite who got knocked out in his next fight. Dat also got dropped by an MMA fighter and he had never been down as a pro boxer. Of all the ones to make the transition I like Dat's the most from an entertainment standpoint but the Ishe Smith and Paulie fight was pretty much identical a boxer outboxing a brawler except Ishe threw more solid punches and got the W on paper.

They should really try it with hand wraps it would make it much better overall.

Naw, they should do straight bareknuckle like in the old days. No wrapping even on the wrists.

Bare Knuckle, ultimate heaven of retire fighters or cross overs.

I admit Bare Knuckle is fun and savage sport at the same time. Bare Knuckle is the ultimate heaven of MMA, kick boxers, muay thai, boxing and the list going on.

Historically, you never saw too many head shots in bareknuckle. Unless you hit an open jaw flush, there aren't too many areas that won't break a closed fist or endanger the life of the guy on the other end. If you're going for the head, use an open palm. If you want to use a closed fist then go to the body where there's more soft spots and the bones have a lot more padding.
