Teo will be too weight drained to go 12, he either ices Loma in the first 6 or fades badly between 7 and 9 and gets pulled by his corner. Either way, no chance this fight goes 12 imo (unless he pulls a Salido and comes in a higher weight class)

Rigo could have gone 12 but chose not to, Teo just won't have enough juice to make it to the end of 12 at 135 once he's boiled down from his current weight of 160. Loma will be at risk for a couple of rounds as Teo will come in big, but the fade will be fast.

No one's ever iced Loma in his life. Not happening. Loma's camp will never allow that weight to happen ever again. They were a little too arrogant and ignorant. BUT they still almost got him out of their despite the constant fouling all night long.

Teo will hopefully make it somewhat exciting, but he's in way over his head.
