Well let's try to keep it into perspective. His comeback is nearly 3 years old now and the only legitimate opponent he's faced in that time is Wilder, who people are now saying was overrated

he essentially trolled his way to a title shot against Wilder.

Wilder straight up cherry picked Fury thinking it was going to be an easy win

it was the worst decision he ever made, cherry pick gone wrong

No. Expected him to be damaged coming back considering what he went through mentally and also physically during the time off. I know he had tune ups etc but usually when a fighter has to lose so much weight and especially when they get into drugs it usually is very detrimental.

I wasn’t shocked he outboxed Wilder in the first fight, but it was truly amazing he got up in the 12th round. I remember watching it live and I told my buddy before the 12th round that Wilder would knock him out or at least down in that round. We were trying to bet on that, but the bookies didn’t allow it haha. But then when I saw the knockdown I was like “holy ****” and couldn’t believe he got up. I also expected the 2nd fight to be close again so he gets a lot of respect from me for winning in that way.

As for Wilder. Easy to say he’s overrated and was never any good now. People weren’t saying that at the time. Fury deserves a lot of credit not just for beating him but beating him down. I respect him a lot for that and of course for overcoming mental health issues as well.

No not at all. That's what makes the man so great. Even if he loses his next fight what he's done already was unprecedented enough to make me remember his achievements for as long as my memory serves me.

Wilder could demolish the stiff and predictable AJ so he's hardly that bad. He's just got awful boxing skills.

Yes I did, but i always saw Wilder as a tough stylistic match up for him.

I did not see the second fight coming, I knew he could break Wilder up on the inside in short bursts, I didnt expect him to push him back and beat him up consistently like that, he exposed Wilders engine

Nope. Not after becoming a fat piece of shit so it's really impressive.

                Too bad you're still garbage.

I only lost confidence in him after the Seferi fight.

When he was retired, I thought he was a better boxer than the champions out there. When he came back and fought Seferi, I thought he was going to eventually get beat.

I felt more confident in him after the Pianeta fight.
