It happens. Hamed may never have beaten Barrera, but he was slacking, and getting very fat between fights.
he was always a slacker and always too ****y to take boxing as seriously as he should. Sort of like Camacho or Broner. His resultan in his fights leading up to Barrera were still convincing wins, most by KO and the fights that went 12 weren't close. As I've stated, I don't think he trained especially poor for Barrera as others imply. I think that's just who he was. I just think he met a better fighter.

He trained and ate much better under Ingle. He was too busy to get fat in those days. He started relying on power instead of using hes movement. He became far more flatfooted before the Kelly fight, and then feel even more in love with he's power. Its hard to not be affected by the kind of money he was earning. You could see hes bounce was gone. Like I said, I'm not saying he wouldve beaten Barrera, but he had definitely lost alot of discipline. Just watch the documentary before the fight, who behaves like that? He thought he could win just by turning up.

        Good shxt on Kell Brook.

I always thought he beat everybody at 147 in 2014-2015, except maybe Mayweather.

I think he would've been too big and strong for Pacquaio
