Floyd's biggest critics and detractors make the most threads about him time 2 move on

the man never lost, was the best of his era and probably beat your favorite fighter or your biggest hope to beat him

its pretty sad because it appears to be envy more than disdain or dislike

the mans die hard fans hardly post about him or his career but the same guys and their alts make threads about the man when boxing has a lot of talent to talk about

pretty pathetic and tragic if you ask me

They can’t handle the fact that he beat all their favourite fighters, made it look easy and retired undefeated. At the same time they miss him because the sport of boxing isn’t nearly as entertaining without TBE in it. As the saying goes - haters are fans too. Whether they will admit it or not they are desperate to see Money Mayweather come back and rejuvenate the sport even though he’s over 40 and did that for over 20 years. Can’t get mad at them though - since Floyd retired there really hasn’t been anyone that’s grabbed the attention of the whole sport and became the king of it like he did, so they keep going back to him. They’re desperate for him to make a comeback even though they claim to dislike him so much, lol.

Yet you guys slam lomachenko and golovkin non stop and that's fine? You've got golovkin top of the 'hype job of the decade' poll ahead of broner, wilder etc because he didn't get the decision in his mid thirties (which most thought he deserved twice) against someone half the forum were saying deserved to be named fighter of the decade.

in hopes of he loses " told you he was a fraud"

same way they did Roy Jones, wish he retired after beating Ruiz and Tarver...that man was the best boxer ever in my opinion...not greatest but most talented and most dominant in his era than any other in history

He had such a big impact on boxing so maybe people just want to talk about him.

He only retired 3-5 years ago depending how you look at it, it’s not like he’s suddenly become irrelevant.

Most great fighters have their careers scrutinised or analysed in regard to subjunctive possibility. Floyd is no different, his career is just fresher in the minds of many.

Floyd fans get very overly-defensive tbh...

He definitely was one of the absolute GOATS and if he retired on top there wouldn’t be any debate. As far as highlight reels go he has more than pretty much anyone. As for TBE, I could see Floyd coming back but only against MMA fighters and not against any prime boxers that’s for sure. And that’s going to be easy work even at 40+. He’s too smart but also too prideful and won’t allow us to ever see him lose. Whereas some other greats were willing to carry on past their time and took losses in fights they had no business even being in. Like SRR, Leonard, Roy, Bernard etc.
