First of all, I don't think Mike Tyson's record will ever be beaten. The next least likely for me is Wilde's unbeaten streak, simply because fighters don't fight as much nowadays. The Pacquiao and Armstrong records, I also don't see them being beaten anytime soon.
However, the records by Foreman and Hopkins seem achievable to beat. E.g. if Shannon Briggs had fought Charles Martin for the IBF in 2016, that seems feasible that he could've won that, and Briggs would've been 44 at the time. As for Hopkins, what we are seeing now is elongated lifespans, where we are getting better at keeping healthy for longer, I can see a very dedicated and defensively-minded boxer being able to go longer, given all the technological (and chemical!) advances that we have. It's the Foreman record that will be broken first imo
