Didn't make much of a statement to me. Garcia was half his size and Porter was an even fight. Mikey is skilled and Porter us tough and awkward though.

I rather see Spence against Danny Garcia & then Manny. And see Crawford fight Thurman & then Porter. Then that Spence vs Crawford fight is enormous, almost as big or bigger than Leonard vs Hearns, if they are both still undefeated. It may be a stretch to see those lead up fights with mandatories and boxing politics but that would be the perfect setup for Spence vs Crawford. That would be a dream for boxing fans if both cleared out the division and were the 2 left standing.

Spence is one of those old skool type competitors who has so much pride he wants to beat you at your own game. If you box well then he wants to outbox you just to say he can....if you brawl then he will out brawl you just to prove he’s tough. I like that mentality. Spence will end his career with a couple of losses I suspect but it will be losses in highly entertaining fights because that’s who he is inside, a real competitor. And I suspect we will see a win or two from him in the come from behind fashion because he is just so relentless when he actually is brawling. As we can see, the Eddie Hearn militant 4chan incels hate him because he wouldn’t sign with Hearn but oh well, incels gonna incel....
