Still not answering how he can grab, grip and pull things without that “empty” part of the glove bending backwards and releasing whatever he’s grabbing, gripping and pulling lol if this was indeed a criminal trial and you were the lawyer with your “circumstantial evidence”...it would be thrown out of court with the amount of questions you avoid answering lol
Circumstantial evidence relates directly to the case in question. Not...”Tyson Fury once had the thumb stitching of a glove he wore detached, so that implies he dislodged his hand from the glove”...one has nothing to do with the other. Same with the failed drug test. Same with the sparring glove that is alleged to have been worn by Fury and had the padding removed. Circumstantial evidence would be, “Tyson Fury disappeared for five minutes and refused to allow his glove to be inspected”...or...seeing as you mentioned Drew Peterson, “Tyson Fury was once caught dislodging his hand from the glove”, it’s not direct evidence, but circumstantial evidence that directly pertains to the conspiracy theory in question, and implies the possibility of tampering. Circumstantial evidence is also heavily based on reasonable doubt. There is no reasonable doubt when those doubts can be and have been reasonably answered...with sound logic. Answers that are considerably more logical than the questions themselves. And yea, using American law as a precedence is really damning. You know, when there’s cases like that of Richard ***el or White Boy Rick. Where was this damning precedence for circumstantial evidence with OJ Simpson? LOL
To say Fury tampered with his glove is, by extension, saying that more than one person was involved. His training team would have to be involved, the athletic commission would have to be involved, the WBC representative that is present the entire time would have to be involved, Jay Deas would have to be involved seeing as he is present during the wrapping of the hands and the fitting, lacing and taping of the gloves. “Yea but Panama Lewis and Margarito”...don’t even try it lol moot points, seeing as those incidents are the exact reason for today’s stringent checks before and after the fights. Picking and choosing which parts of the conspiracy theory that you want to run with is indicative of a conspiracy theorist lol
Again...
Conspiracy: (i) A secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful. (ii) The action of plotting or conspiring.
Theory: An idea used to account for a situation or justify a course of action.
You’re saying a group plotted or conspired to do something unlawful (in boxing terms) or harmful, with an idea to account for and justify Wilder’s loss.
Conspiracy theory.
Any more reaching you wanna do? Shall I go get some more straws for you? You’re quickly running out of ones to clutch with each comment lol
