That time Roy Jones played a semi-pro basketball game before his fight

Then went out and put hands on his opponent and stopped him before partying after the fight. Eric Lucas went on to become WBC champ.

Roy is the GOAT in my book, not resume of course, but head to head.

Also, him putting both hands behind his back, slipping 2 punches and then KO'ing his opponent with the next punch is legendary. I've never seen anything like it.

I mean I don't think people understand what type of shape you have to be in.

Listen, try to play 1 full court game of basketball; that is if you can finish the first 10 minutes.

Then try to box 3, 3 minute rounds, that is if you can make it past the first 2 minutes.

The best fighter to lace em up. He was physically and mentally the perfect fighter. Prove in the pudding. 93-2003 he showed he was the most gifted and talented boxer ever.

Really felt bad for Eric Lucas

I was lucky to have seen Floyd fight live but always said that the one boxer who I would of bent over backwards for , would be Roy Jones
