You have a point of reference with Garcia. With anyone else you don’t know what it says about Spence’ current condition.
Brook isn’t the same guy so it becomes muddled trying to figure out how much of it is good Spence and bad Brook.
Anyone else, maybe they would have given him problems pre-crash.
Garcia is the only fight that will tell us definitively and without a shadow of a doubt what Spence is now.

Didn’t he just fight a live body @ 147 in Vargas? Spence from a car-crash vs this Mikey now could be a different result than the previous one, especially if Spence is really damaged from that accident

If Spence still does the same kind of work on Mikey, then it proves he still has it
