    Glen Johnson v canelo alvarez

At 175. Prime version of Johnson. Who wins?

I'd go with Canelo. Johnson was inconsistent. Scrappy, but I think Canelo's chin gets him through the battle and he would be quicker to the punch and counters. UD for Canelo.

That's one hell of a ****ing fight. I think I'd lean towards Johnson, but it might be my anti-Alvarez bias and also that I still don't think we've seen him have to handle anything like a light heavyweight who will be on his ass like Glen Johnson would. That man fought some great fighters close and beat some of them.

How would GGG do against a prime Glen Johnson?

How would GGG do at 175 period?? lets see

              GGG vs Kovalev

              GGG vs Hopkins

              GGG vs Jones

              GGG vs Dawson

              GGG vs Bika

op keeps moving the goal post for Canelo but dares not challenge the guy he named himself after "DRAMASHOW"

I’d take Johnson over either. I’d give Canelo a better chance than ggg.

How was Johnson prime at 175? what is prime?? his best wins came when he was GGG's age..he beat Roy and Tarver at 35..the same age OP claimed GGG was an old man with a walking cane...AND THATS AFTER HE WENT UP A DIVISION

Glen Johnson was one of the best at 175 for a long time. I think he would be too much for both Golovkin and Canelo. He would make it a hard fight all of the way.

Maybe Golovkin Could use his jab and get a close decision but i would not bet on it.

Maybe Canelo could back peddle and fight in bursts and win some rounds but Johnson should be the favourite.

Neither Canelo or Golovkin have the size to beat Johnson like Froch did and that was and old Johnson.
