Seious Question: When do you think floyd jr. Started using IV?

We all know that floyd was caught using illegal IV and got a free pass.
Do u think that floyd has been injecting himself with illegal IV'S in his previous fights? IMHO he's been using IV long time ago that's why he got so many red flags (abnormal TE ratio, 3x failed test that sweep under the rags, etc.)

BTW armstrong pass all his test with flying colors with the use of IV.

Xylocaine was one of the PEDS that help floyd..

Reason why he NEVER fought outside of Vegas was NSAC ALLOW use of Xylocaine (only state AC that allows it).
