I wanted to get this straight before the narrative starts that Canelo is ducking Bivol. So you guys are ok with Bivol not fighting Betterbieve but it’s “a must” that Canelo fights Bivol, and after Canelo whoops Bivol then he has to beat Betterbieve?

Right now, in and around the 68 division, their is one man everyone wants and that’s canelo. The issue is all these fighters all want canelo but none of these fighters are earning the fight by whooping another threat... they are all taking turns and waiting to get the call to fight canelo without having to risk a loss to a live body... canelo keeps taking the fights and winning... says a lot about canelo. The absolute truth!! To even be in Canelo's sweepstakes you GOTTA do something big. At least Beterbiev Unified and is the LINEAL 175. BUT, when he beat Gvozdyk, when asked, he didn't mention Canelo. perhaps because the Kovalev fight hadn't happened yet... says, ''I'll fight anyone...'' he didn't mention Bivol for unification. How is that PBC in house fighters are so gun-ho for unifications? If the Gvozdyk fight was made, take the callout for Bivol.
Same goes for Bivol. Has Bivol ever called out Beterbiev for unification in a post fight win while holding his strap? That even predates Canelo having the WBO.

Same goes for Canelo , how come he never even mentioned a fighter that starts with a B
When he was champ , he never even dared say Beterbiev
Or Bivol for that matter
Why did he only dare be great with Kovi ?

You must have missed the video where Reynoso and Canelo said they'd take a Beterbiev fight, but Kovalev was the higher ranked fighter. Keep in mind Canelo vs Kovalev WAS ALREADY PLANNED BEFORE Gvozdyk vs Beterbiev. You might as well say ''why didn't Canelo want Gvozdyk's Lineal?'' Remember that Canelo had to wait for the Kova vs Yarde fight. NOBODY even dreamed that Kovalev was going to go that far with Yarde. Everybody banked on Kova to murk Yarde in less than 6. Many of you forgot this. Beterbiev beating Gvozdyk was a month prior to Krusher vs Canelo.
Yarde chose Kovalev and rejected the step aside fee. We had to wait months leading up to the fight. Remember OSCAR was talking about a Kovalev fight for Canelo around the time Gvozdyk was making his first defense against Ngumbu.
