Comments Thread For: Joseph Parker is Open To Musical Collaboration With Tyson Fury

According to former WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker, he's open to a musical collaboration with Tyson Fury, who has the WBC world title. Parker's career is on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the boxer has showed he has plenty of strings to his bow during lockdown. The New Zealander attempted to lift the gloom by starring in uplifting videos while in quarantine, first showing off his moves in a recreation of the 'Dancing Prime Minister' scene from the film Love Actually.

Parker needs to get off of Fury's ****. If I was his promotor, he'd be behaving the same as pbc guys, only allowed to praise and mingle with guys from the same stable.

I like to make a request to the band 'Gypsy-Kiwi', Girls Just Want To Have Fun - by Cyndi Lauper, would be great.

My advice would be to not pal around with potential future opponents.

Good example of why the world prefers American fighters.

Parker really needs to stop clout chasing, I know he gets on well with Fury but it's embarrassing how he talks about him 24/7 and idolises him

Its great to see a genuine friendship, that was formed while Fury was off the boxing grid, still play out during Fury's reign and will continue long after both the guys career's end.

I find it so inspiring in a world of fake aggression and media hype about bodies on record and squads of bomb nations, that 2 guys are comfortable enough to sing and dance and be real enough to not care what the haters think.

Yet when it comes to boxing, Parker and Fury are also as real as it gets in the ring. Both have great chins, stamina, speed, footwork and power.

If styles make fights, Oilskin Parker is all wrong for Fury and has the most potential for upsetting the gypsy king were they ever to meet in the ring.

In an ideal world while everyone else is ducking Parker and matchroom are ****ing him around, he's staying loose and hungry knowing that at 28 he's still got another good run at regaining his world champ status as the old guard age and fade into irrelevance.

In the meantime I hope he keeps singing, dancing, playing music, celebrating with friends online bringing joy and laughter and inspiring others to do the same.

                    Refreshing news article.

This is a beautiful concept that I agree. People like music for different purposes and in this Pandemic lockdown, this is a great idea to put smiles to people and lit a hope for all human beings. We need these type of cooperation.
