            Noooo
You don't make more money if the person you are fighting doesn't agree to fight you unless you throw the fight. Kovalev took his foot off the gas every time he even remotely landed on Canelo. He was wobbling him with half power ffs

Wouldn’t he make more money by winning the fight
Having a rematch for big coin
              That’s how I see it
Then again , I believe Kovalev is done , it’s been a while to
I thought Canelo would get him out in 5-6 rounds

My point is that the fight was never going to get agreed to unless Kovalev agreed to throw the fight, meaning there was never going to be a 2nd fight regardless. As you notice, Kovalev didn't even have a rematch clause when he was the champ. As you should know, that's highly irregular.

He threw the fight IMHO. I was at Kovalev's next to previous fight in Frisco, Tx and he was nowhere near shot when he dominated the other Alvarez.

I’ll respect your opinion but I do believe he’s been shot for a while
Imo , Eleider lost that fight more than Kovi won it
He thought he was gonna go there and just knock him out
But I see where your coming from , but then again the cash cow makes the rules if he wants that 12 , I think it was
It’s unfortunate but it the reality of things meaning if they want that big payday , they need to bend backwards for the Aside

                    Cool deal.

I can definitely agree that Kovalev was nowhere near his best,(prime) but I just don't think he's shot quite yet.

Hey , you might be right
I just thought he was shot long ago
His rematch was kind of like his second win but I still believe Alvarez came in thinking it was going to be easy , over confident
I really don’t think he threw the fight though
