    Possibly, in fact probably, as much as Wlad was always very respectful outside the ring he had a real nasty streak inside the ring. Manny Steward actually talks about it in that infamous interview were he essentially predicts the future of the HW division.

      Here is another video of it. Clear headbutt by Klitschko, you see Fury give the ref a "WTF?!" look, but of course Tony Weeks was in K2's pocket. Maybe we should look further into Wladimir's dirty tactics throughout his career. Long live the Gypsy King!!

        Fury would of suffered from more similar actions in the rematch, a champion of almost 10 year was denied a opportunity for a rematch.

        But yes of course that is a intentional headbutt.

          Of course it was, it was the action of a desperate man.

          I rewatched it the other day, I forgot that Fury still schooled Wlad in the 12th despite only having the use of one arm, the other was keeping his shorts pulled up lol.
