I think you know very well it's WBC screwing Whyte time and time again, not Hearn. What else could Hearn do? Maybe he could sue WBC. Whyte definitely could but he won't. I guess they both see lawyers and courts as an unnecessary expense rather than a solution. Suing WBC is also not good for longterm relations with them. Hearn's business with WBC is much more than just Whyte.

How did the WBC screw Whyte? Whyte refused to fight Ortiz in two final eliminators. Chose to fight Chisora instead of Breazeale. And the wbc still rewarded Whyte misbehavior by letting him pick the opponent that he wanted to fight in the final Eliminator. So Whyte was ranked #1 and fought the 10th ranked Rivas. What a farce!
