Also where he is short he comes in at a lower angle with short arms that reach full leverage at a much shorter range. I think any tall, aggressive heavyweight would have trouble fighting Ruiz.

Nobody has an iron temple, if you hit anybody in the right spot you scramble their equilibrium, as Ruiz did in the first AJ fight.
AJ's defence has always been his weakness which is why I was shocked when he won AJ-Ruiz II the way he did.
Well freddy also worked with mike tyson and I can tell you right now that andy ruiz doesn't hit as hard as any version of mike tyson . Iam not saying the guy cant punch but he is not a puncher in the sense . Besides the AJ knockout he has never stopped a world class opponent and that was more of a lightning in a bottle scenerio . Ruiz can keep guys honest but he isnt a lights out puncher. Never has been and never will be ,he is a skilled boxer with very fast hands . And tonnes of experience . It's crazy how everyone who clealry didnt follow ruiz career considers him that since joshua 1 . Ruiz keeps guys honest and can score some nice tkos but hes no wilder , earnie Shavers or mike tyson when it comes to one punch KOs . His punching power is severely over rated and if he starts looking for knockouts dont expect ruiz to stay in the upper echelon of the division . He needs to stay in the pocket , box and combination punch , those attributes along with his ATG chin will win him fights . He is supremely talented and was horribly under rated as a boxer before he fought joshua . If he can stay in shape he can make some serious noise . Hes a very fun fighter to watch when hes at his best .

Pulev has a better chance sexually harrassing the Corona virus than knocking out AJ

Joshua proved with two of the biggest punchers in the heavyweight division Klitchko and Dillian Whyte that he could be hurt and come back. Klitchko hurt AJ and floored him but AJ came back and finished him. Whyte also caught Joshua a couple of times with good shots but by the end of the fight Whyte was lying over the bottom rope unconscious. Just check it out on YouTube any time. Andy Ruiz caught AJ with a shot to the head that concussed him and he was unable to regain his equilibrium or his legs. That can happen to any heavyweight from any heavyweight with the right shot. Of the top heavyweights Joshua has fought the best competition adding when he took Martin's belt ko'ing him and beating Parker , Pulev and Ruiz as well. Wilder and Fury haven't fought any of these fighters and have only each other and in Fury's case Klitchko on their resume. Fury never hurt Klitchko and in a very boring fight just managed to elude him , evade him for twelve rounds. The fights can be found on YouTube so just check it out. The Ruiz fight for Joshua was an aberration but he will still have to get over that KO mentally moving forward because boxing in the style he did with Ruiz in the second fight won't work with some of the other heavyweights out there. He has to go back to the guy he was before that loss . Had he done that in Ruiz ll he would have knocked Andy out.
Dbol Whyte is hardly a big puncher

Bob has more chance of beating Covid19 than Pulev has of beating AJ

I agree with Arum about him having no chin. Dude can’t take a good punch to save his life. He goes down faster than a two dollar hooker.

Picture punching power being the only attribute in a boxing

I don't think Ruiz is an all powerful superman, he hit Joshua's temple, scrambled his balance and then took four rounds to finish the job.

Don't lecture me about Mike Tyson, I just know that in an interview prior to the Joshua fight Freddie said that he fancied Ruiz to win and that he punches harder than any other boxer he's worked with. It is not my statement (nor my belief) I'm just pointing out that someone who has worked with the man in question personally, disagrees with your opinion.

I saw Ruiz fight Parker but didn't know too much about him, I still don't really, I'm really bored of lazy athletes that never fulfil their potential.

Roach doesnt think that either , I can pull up loads of rediculous comments from.freddie about his fighters before fights. And I agree iam bored of lazy athletes too . Hence why I could care less what ruiz is doing til he shows me something . Hes going back to the tune up route to lose weight . As per usual . Gets old pretty fast.
