yeah, Frazier is actually almost blind in his one eye. This is one thing that makes him great, coz, he's been fighting with one eye althroughout his career.

i have sparred a few times with contacts in with no problem at all..but i doubt a professional would be able to wear them. blood could wash them out or swelling could keep them from being able to remove them and cause an infection.......

You probably knew this; but Harry Greb was completely blind in one eye after getting thumbed in one of his matches.....but never wore a patch to my knowledge.


As far as contacts are concerned....I know Larry Holmes wore them when he fought Holyfield.
