Why did Lennox Lewis fight scared in Oliver McCall rematch?

Lennox Lewis was very scared to engage in that fight and even when McCall went berserk because he was brought in to fight from a mental, Lennox didn’t engage. And there were instances where McCall could’ve sparked him in the early exchanges.

Bear in mind that it wasn’t an immediate rematch but it looked like Lennox was still having nightmares about the first fight.

You’re a low IQ having muppet with glaucoma who started watching boxing yesterday. Stay off the thread before you get blocked. You’re becoming a nuisance.

You’re approaching too dumb to talk to territory. No insult. Just fact.

As an AJ fan, and a true boxing fan I have to say you are becoming pretty toxic overall

mccall got lucky with that don king wbc self appointed ref in fight 1 and it was not gonna happen again. mccall could take a hell of a punch so I really don't see your logic. no one has ever knocked out mccall and no one ever will. lennox would have outboxed in him fight 2 even if oliver came in sober.

Same is applicable to Ruiz. No one has ever scored a knockdown against him apart from Josh.

Anyway, you didn’t answer my question. Why did he fight scared?

A-The ref had nothing to do with the fight 1. Manny Steward in McCall's corner did. Manny switched to Lennox team by fight 2 and was part of a mentally-disturbed McCall's anguish that night. Sober? I don't remember it being a drug thing, but definitely McCall had had a previous mental breakdown, and was not mentally fit to fight.

He was (still) very tough though, I agree.

how is that scared? why would lewis turn reckless and give the advantage to heavy pucher who only had a punchers chance. there was no way lewis knocks mccall out and i am sure steward knew mccalls chin was granite too and instructed lewis about this.
