You're talking like time doesn't move and as if anyone has given 2 s***ts about him over the past 2 yrs. no one cared to see him in a big fight. But now in 2020, Canelo picks him and you schmuck fan boys are pretending as if time stands still and he still matters. He's basically the same thing that Peter Quillin was when jacobs stopped him. Somebody who hadn't done much in yrs and was living off a rep from yrs ago.

As far as Kovalev, you want me to pick 5 names to try and defend him as a Canelo choice. Well, if they fought the same version of Kovalev that Canelo fought, meaning a guy who at 36 had just gone through a training camp, then had a tough fight with Yarde, then had to jump back into another training camp to face Canelo 8bweeks after the Yarde fight, that version would have gotten beaten by at least 5 light heavyweights. Hell, there are guys and smw and mw that would've beaten that version. Give it up ya groupie.
