Roy Jones in the late 90s, I remember arguing at lunch time as a teen with my Puerto Rican friends about him vs Tito in a fantasy match.
We got the fight just a bit too late.Comment

I first got interested with the Rocky movies tbh. Ha.
But the first guy I was a fan of was Felix Trinidad. He fought like a shark and could hit like a dream and was fun to watch. I miss that guy.
I followed Roberto Duran's 90s comeback and thought he was great but in time, I've learned he was greater than I thought.
I followed Chavez, Sr. and Barrera and Morales. I liked James Toney and thought he would handle Roy Jones which did not happen. Haha. I never liked DLH much but he did fight everybody. I always loved Foreman's comeback and his win over Moorer. I liked Tyson and Holyfieled and Bowe grew on me, although they weren't my favorite. I never cared much for Lennox.
But yeah. I'm a 90s guy. Since then, I've liked several fighters but I'd say Duran beats most of them. The guy's inside-fighting was incredible. No one holds a candle to Hands of Stone on the inside. I wish more guys fought like that. Boxing would be way, way, way better.Comment

I grew up watching Tyson start his career with my Dad and developed from there I've never had what you would call a favorite fighter I've really enjoyed watching several fighters come and go since then and still dont have a clear favorite just various ones for various reasons and skill sets.Comment
