Zab caught Floyd with a nice counter punch that had Floyd off balance. Floyd's glove touched the canvas so it was a legit knockdown. Floyd was not hurt or anything though. From round 5 Floyd put on a clinic and Zab was clearly frustrated when he hit Floyd with a low blow.

Floyd labeled Zab a "front-runner" after the fight.
