  • What if deontay did these things?

In the rematch, the final conclusion?
1 don't wear a heavy dress in the ring
2 do roadwork to strengthen those chicken legs
3 cut lumber with big George
4 don't get clipped in the back of the head
5 land that punch in the first round which Tyson claimed almost knocked him out?

What else can he do? It is an immediate rematch. Should he even bring Floyd may on? Maybe God willing if we get thru this Corona ****, hell have more time to train...

His best chance is to catch Fury while he's in mid range still coming in with that whip of a right hand in an early rd.

Its very unlikely but could happen.

I've heard that opinion before, I believe that is the most positive outcome from him, willing punches like a windmill being all unorthodox and stuff.

He could at least learn not to telegraph the right hand so bad. Can see that **** coming from Australia. Maybe start using a real effective jab again. Throw some different punches too. I don't recall a single uppercut thrown even though Fury was keeping it close. I could care less honestly tired of his schtick and voice. Hope he's never relevant again.

Agreed. I always thought the more Wilder throws the better his chances are. I know he sat back and it worked against Ortiz in the rematch with the one shot. But I think he needs to chuck as much as he can at this point.

Go hell for leather and see if he can beat Fury to the punch.

              He only needs a few.

He's not gonna all of a sudden have good lateral movement now and greater physical strength

Well he's fought Fury twice now, hopefully he's cleared his head, thought about the fight and where he could find his shot to land for that ko because he can't out jab Fury at long range or beat him on the inside.

He really only has a punchers chance and his best chance is very early before Fury has gotten into a rhythm, or Wilder has expended too much energy/taken damage.

Wilder can do nothing to change the outcome of the third fight. He is 35 years old, Tyson will have had a six months with Sugar Hill and he will be sharper with his new style. Wider has a devastating right hand if he is allowed to use it. He has been brought up brilliantly, he hasnt really had to fight any one who would be a threat to other than Ortiz. Ive always liked Ortiz and i never bought into the he is 50 **** but he is fckn 40+. I mean come on, the hype for Wilder was beyond ******.

I mean the truth is the HW division isnt very deep these days. Wilder in the 90s would only have been known about by hardcores. Tommy Morrison would have bodied his ass in a round or two.

I hate Wilders excuses and talk of wanting to kill someone. I mean he signed no waiver and if he got seriously hurt or died from unnecessary punishment his wife would have sued everyone she could have. Also boxing would be taken away from us. It’s one of the most selfish things I’ve ever heard a boxer say. Yeah he’s tough, but ignorant as hell. The two fights were vastly different though. I mean he did land hard on Fury late in the first one. But yeah Fury adapted and Wilder didn’t. Wilder needs to swing for the fences with all he’s got for as long as he can. Shoot his wad then “die” as he’d say. Like u said he has a punchers chance if anyone does. He improves, Fury slacks off, that’s what he needs to hope for.
