I’m not sure if any boxer in this era can even catch up to his wins
Another trinket for Canelo dosnt mean much TBH! He could retire right now!

Canelo has finally reached a level to where much bigger fighters fear him enough to not jump in feet 1st into a fight with him,no longer is he viewed as a win win Opponent you can't get battered against, this prime Canelo has matured into a atg beast who is stacking title after title across 3 divisions,he has finally reached the point that even if he eventually loses again,he will likely still end up winning the majority of his fights vs champs for the rest of his career. He might likely retire having won more individual titles than any fighter in history, hes already won something like 16 seperate titles in 3 divisions by age 29 which is astonishing when you actually take a step back & analyze it.
He might end up becoming the goat (despite it being impossible for modern fighters to ever be considered the goat, especially ones hated like Canelo can win 20 more titles & still haters in media will say hes not p4p #1,that Crawford is better by beating 1 legged gimps)
if he was to continue til age 35 at least at this rate, hed end up eclipsing countless legends accomplishments despite still likely never getting credit from hatersLast edited by kushking; 03-12-2020, 09:46 AM. -

Please stop. The reasons a lot of fighters won't get in the ring with him have less to do with his boxing skills and more to do with politics and money.
1. Established fighters see the huge paydays that other fighters have gotten for fighting Canelo and they won't get in there with him unless they get the same deal.
2. They know by now that Canelo has a good chin and you will not win a decision against him unless you KO him. He's the A side and will not be allowed to lose even if he is only somewhat competitive. In the Mayweather fight he wasn't even remotely competitive and one judge had the score even. The first Golovkin fight a draw was clearly the wrong score. In the Lara fight one judge had it 117-111 for Canelo which was absurd.Last edited by TonyGe; 03-12-2020, 10:06 AM.Comment

I agree he’s financially set and has already accomplished more than any current fighter today.
But canelo loves the game and has barely hit his prime.Comment

Floyd fans might get mad about that

Bivol does not fear him. He wants to fight him. He has a standing offer to go down in weight 7 pounds and fight Canelo at 168. That offer has been on the table for about a year now. Somehow you never hear Oscar or team Canelo say Bivol or Beterbiev's name. Canelo gave up his WBO light heavyweight title. The 175 pound champions are not afraid of him and the 168 pound champions are no longer bigger than him. Canelo is a full 168 pound boxer who is done with 160 for good I think. Just because everyone does not rate Canelo as highly as you do doesn't make them haters. You are carried away with him. You talk about him fighting until he is 35 and being the great boxer who ever lived as if it was impossible he could ever lose. Yet he was held to a draw and then a razor thin one point win by old GGG in his boxing home town and lots of viewers thought he lost both fights so how much better than GGG can he be? You talk about haters but look at you hating on Crawford just because some rate him a better fighter than Canelo.Canelo has finally reached a level to where much bigger fighters fear him enough to not jump in feet 1st into a fight with him,no longer is he viewed as a win win Opponent you can't get battered against, this prime Canelo has matured into a atg beast who is stacking title after title across 3 divisions,he has finally reached the point that even if he eventually loses again,he will likely still end up winning the majority of his fights vs champs for the rest of his career. I don't even read halfway through your repetitious rubbish. You obviously lack reading comprehension too as my post was in no way saying what you're claiming it says. Haters like you are ****** af,keep crying eternally about canelo beating the best, boohoo, you are exactly the ilk of ****** sht for brains I speak of.
