I don't think so. Wilder has fought mostly bums, that's why his power looks more impressive
even if Wilder was able to drop Fury and Wlad didn't you have to take into account the factors
- Wlad barely landed anything on Fury
- Wlad was shot and a shadow of his former self both physically and mentally
- Fury was most likely roided in the Wlad fight, and clean in the Wilder fight
