It went over your head. BJS was his best soldier at that time. At least imo, you think Liam is better than him?

Andrade has a 62% KO ratio cause of the poor standard of his opposition. Who’s the best fighter he’s stopped? Willie Nelson?

If Tom Doran a part time fighter who decided to pursue a career in engineering instead of boxing destroyed Luke Keeler in 2 rounds when it took Andrade 9 what does that say about Andrade’s power? And Doran was more of a technique guy himself he wasn’t a puncher.

Nationality has nothing to do with it. I’d actually root for Andrade against Williams, I’m not a fan of Williams and I’ve actually met Andrade in Vegas and he was a real nice guy. However that doesn’t change the fact that Andrade’s resume is terrible and Williams will be one of the best fighters he’s ever faced as a pro.

You seem very defensive about Andrade bro, are you a big fan or something?
I'm talking about the expectation & reaction of what happened beforehand & afterwards. You asked what fight I seen like my perspective of what happened isn't basically the general consensus.

You know how many fighters get ridiculed for their resume? Everybody fights poor opposition. If you an elite fighter are you getting KD or KO'd on a regular basis? Otherwise you wouldn't really be "elite" then right? Who are most of the fighters getting KO'd?

Well you should ask Keeler himself cause he said he didn't expect Andrade to hit so hard.

Power & punch placement is often confused in boxing. Also what takes place 1 time in 1 fight. Timing is everything & just because he did it 1 time on 1 night doesn’t mean he can do it every time they fought. I never watched the fight so it could be a lucky punch for all I know. These dudes are grown men who go through training camps, everybody hits hard damn near. Ain't nobody just walking in with their hands down.

I don't feel like I'm defensive I'm just telling the truth. I don't agree with a lot of the narratives that get said in boxing... In my experience from reading what UK people think online about there fighters, they're normally biased or think more highly of them than we do in the U.S. Like I said every person that believes Williams can win from what I've read is from the UK. I don't think that's a coincidence.

So are you a big Andrade fan or not? Cause again man it just seems you are making excuses for his shortcomings. I suspect you have a natural bias towards him.

Can you honestly sit there and defend his lack of quality opponents when he first won a world title 7 years ago. Then 7 years later and that’s still his best win...

I think Andrade is very talented but that doesn’t excuse his prime being wasted against lower level guys. All I originally said was that Williams would be arguably the best opponent he’s faced as a pro and you took exception to it. Is that not being defensive?

I'm a bigger fan of being objective than I am of anything else. Idk what "excuse" I made, I look at everything from a logical standpoint. The stuff you're saying is "excuses" for his shortcomings applies to multiple fighters does it not? So how can it be a bias to him when multiple fighters fit the criteria.

This is what I mean when I say "certain narratives in boxing." Boxing fans criticize a fighter being avoided but don't have the same energy towards fighters doing the avoiding. I don't just pay attention to a fight happening or not. I pay attention to the nuances of why a fight is happening or not. But I'm making "excuses" for his shortcomings so I'll stop. Idk that Vanes is his best win, I think Sulecki can beat Vanes.

Lol you understand that people can disagree with that right? & your words are written & that's not watu said originally verbatim. If you say Williams is a better fighter than Spence & I say he's not am I being defensive of Spence? Technically I'm defending him, but me saying "he's not" has nothing to do with how big I am a fan of Spence or not. Me & you have different perspectives, your taken back that I don't think he is his best opponent. I'm taken back that you think he is! Unequivocally at that!

Everything you’re saying is completely contradicted by saying I only rated Williams based on nationality. I’m only returning the favour by suggesting you are overrating Andrade based on being a fan. I’m not going to criticise you or your opinion if you are a fan, I’m just trying to understand your perspective because as I say you’re very defensive in regards to Andrade. I only said Williams would be one of this better opponents, that Andrade is not a puncher and that he doesn’t have the mentality to get rid of guys and you took exception to every statement and in fact you took exception to any criticism towards Andrade which leads me to believe you’re a fan.

                      I have a few simple yes/no questions:

Are you a fan of Andrade?

Do you think he has a good resume?

Do you think he’s a puncher?
