I always dislike it if any fighter does that. Wilder too stood up immediately. That just ain’t the smart move.

You didn’t take advantage of the count to recover.. plus it exposed you jelly legs for an even embarrassing highlight.
I guess Kownacki never planned for being hurt, as he was never hurt before.

When I was watching him on jelly legs trying to push Helenius away, I kept thinking, why doesn't he take a knee? Same as Wilder... would have been a smart move, trying to compose himself. Do boxers think they are doing OK up until the ref waves it off??

Never got hurt like that but does 10 seconds feel like seconds when your brain is sliding around in your cranium.

        I would doubt it.

Unless you take a knee your not in control

When you’re not used to getting hurt or dropped then you don’t know how to get up slowly. People who have been in enough wars know you got to be on a knee at 6 and standing at around 8. Not popping right back up.

Bruh, he just got bombed on by a heavyweight. He was in La La Land.

Adam was hurt but he was still punching when the ref halted the fight .The referee should have waited for a while. Pacquiao vs Marquez 1 is a typical example.

Both guys suck. Kownacki is fat human punching bag with no defense. Helenius is a journeyman that got stopped by another journeyman Duhaupas. TBH those rumbles are interesting, but bring nothing to competition. Those are club level fights. Tyson Fury would murder Helenius or Kownacki.

Are you kidding? His reactions were so slow that he threw a punch after the ref already hugged him. He was out of it and could've gotten seriously hurt.
