    This was always coming, you can't keep moving forward and blocking shots with your face to get your own off. Helenius just did it before a top HW could.

        Don't write him off the bat for one loss

        Exactly, Adam Kownacki is going to be hit with counters with his style. He definitely need a confidence booster, but before that, he need to train to know when thrown combination and need defense with his arms or high guard and not his face. I felt sad for his wife.

          Head movement is what he should be working on, especially behind the jab and lead right. He can't just walk down a guy with the intention of knocking him out easy-peasy. From what I saw in the fight, Kownacki showed very little respect for Helenius and got knocked out in the process.
