Sounds like you need to learn the difference between a public space and a private one.

I.e. bathroom stall provides expectation of privacy, casino is a public space with no expectation of privacy. Just because somewhere is private property doesn't mean its a space with an expectation of privacy, and even if it did, Broner wouldn't have the right to slap a phone out of someones hand.
