I think a lot of people critising Haymon, are often deeply rooted in other camps. While I don't like some of Haymon's decisions, the fighters who are contracted to him, certainly don't seem too upset about it and at the end of the day, a fighter has to do what's best for them. However that doesn't mean fans need to swallow it down blindly and tolerate it either.

Having said that, i've no doubt Haymon cares for his fighters. I remember watching a piece on Paul Williams years ago and Haymon was still calling him and checking in on him to make sure he was okay, long after the accident.
