Exactly, Marino never had a good running game or any good defensive team around him.

You need a good running game and good defense to win a Superbowl.

Clayton and Duper were good, but they were not great, Marino made them look good and that's the fact about Clayton and Duper.

If you look at Bradshaw's stats, they are really bad. If it wernt for his super bowls he wouldnt even be remembered.

If Moon didn't play in the CFL he wouldn't of been the star he was in the NFL. ANd that's a fact.

Moon is fourth on the all time passing yards list in the NFL behind Marino, Favre and Elway.

                Passing Yardage Leaders

                1 Dan Marino 61,361
                2 Brett Favre 53,471
                3 John Elway 51,475
                4 Warren Moon 49,325
                5 Fran Tarkenton 47,003
                6 Vinny Testaverde 45,242
                7 Drew Bledsoe 43,557
                8 Dan Fouts 43,040
                9 Joe Montana 40,551
                10 Johnny Unitas 40,239

Don't forget, Moon spent the first 5 years of his career in the CFL because no NFL team would draft him. Not because he wasn't good but because he was black.
He threw for over 21,000 yards in those 5 years in the CFL while winning 4 straight Grey Cups. Sure it was done in a pass happy league, but 21,000 yards is nothing to sneeze at no matter what league it's in.
If he spent those 5 years in the NFL he would have easily compiled more total yards than Favre and Elway, whether he would have had more than Marino is debatable, but this guy was a great QB and would have been second or first all time on that list. To be fourth on the all time yards list after losing 5 years to the CFL is a great accomplishment not to be overlooked.
