Prime lummox got poleaxed by 2 clubfighters. I reckon Wilder has as good a chance as they had.

Wilder has a better chance v Lewis than against Fury

Lewis is not as elusive but Lewis still wins if he imposes himself from the opening bell like Fury did.

            Wilder's power is overrated.

Lennox Lewis probably had a better punch resistance than Tyson Fury.

Lennox Lewis could easily blow out Wilder within 1 round, if he applied those sort of tactics.

Lennox would fold him in 1 round.

The fighters of this era bar Tyson Fury are far below the previous era.

Lewis had the reach advantage over many of his opponents. He wouldn't have that advantage with Wilder. He would have the advantage of better boxing skills overall. If he can protect his chin he finishes Deontay within six rounds.

Lewis pushes him back with the first jab he lands, Wilder is then on the back foot and gets poleaxed within a round. Maybe he escapes and then gets iced in the second. He'd then blame the weather, the ref, the corner, Lewis' dreadlocks, his outfit, the media, try to get the commentary fired, blame what he ate for breakfast, accuse them of tampered scales and that Lewis' Bob Marley records were playing too loud before the fight.
